Ajang prestisius Blue Dragon Film Awards Ke-40 telah mengumumkan daftar nominasinya.

Film yang berhak masuk nominasi ini adalah film yang dirilis antara tanggal 12 Oktober 2018 sampai dengan 10 Oktober 2019. Nantinya akan ada 18 penghargaan yang akan diserahkan dan untuk saat ini hanya 15 penghargaan yang diumumkan nominasinya. 3 penghargaan lainnya akan langsung diungkapkan di acaranya nanti.

Blue Dragon Film Awards tahun ini akan berlangsung pada tanggal 21 November mendatang di Paradise City Hotel and Resort di Incheon.
