Ajang penghargaan Korea Best Star Awards 2018 akan diselenggarakan di Grand Hyatt Seoul pada tanggal 12 Desember 2018 pukul 17.30 waktu setempat. Namun sebelum acara tersebut diadakan, Asosiasi Aktor Film Korea Selatan selaku penggagas acara tersebut telah terlebih dahulu mengumumkan para pemenangnya.
Ketua asosiasi tersebut, Kim Kook Hyun, berkata, “Banyak aktor dan pelaku industri yang telah dikonfirmasi akan datang pada ajang tahun ini, jadi aku yakin bahwa ini akan menjadi akan menjadi acara penutup tahun untuk industri film.”
Dia menambahkan, “Semua artis kreatif termasuk pembuat film akan bekerja sama untuk lebih banyak memberikan harapan di tahun 2019.”

- Best Supporting Actor Award: Kim Dong Wook (Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days), Jin Seo Yeon (Believer)
- Best Popular Star Award: Sung Dong Il & Lee Kwang Soo (The Accidental Detective 2: In Action)
- Korea’s Best Singer Award: Ailee
- Best Entertainer Award: Bae Jung Nam
