BTS mendapatkan 4 penghargaan yaitu Choice International Artist, Choice Collaboration (untuk Boy With Luv Feat. Halsey), Choice Summer Tour (konser Love Yourself: Speak Yourself), dan Choice Fandom (untuk ARMY).
BLACKPINK membawa pulang penghargaan Choice Song: Group lewat lagu DDU-DU DDU-DU dan Red Velvet mendapatkan Choice Electronic/Dance Song untuk Close to Me (Red Velvet Remix) bersama Ellie Goulding dan Diplo.
Sementara itu, MONSTA X tampil di Teen Choice Awards 2019 membawakan lagu WHO DO U LOVE.
